Refund Policy
Carelistening Transportation & Companion Services LLC — Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. General Policy
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued when:
- Services are canceled with proper notice
- Services are not provided by the Company
- Billing errors occur
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally NOT be issued for:
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours)
- No-shows
- Completed services
- Mileage, tolls, parking, or third-party costs
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply depending on:
- Time already worked
- Travel completed
- Resources used
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
6. Payment Disputes
Clients should contact Carelistening before initiating disputes with payment providers.
