Cancellation Policy

Carelistening Transportation & Companion Services LLC — Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Carelistening Transportation & Companion Services LLC values your time and strives to provide reliable service. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Standard Cancellation

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

3. No-Show Policy

If a client is not present at the scheduled time and location:

  • The service may be canceled
  • The client may be charged up to 100% of the service fee

4. Emergency Exceptions

Fees may be waived in cases of:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Severe weather
  • Unforeseen emergencies (case-by-case review)

5. Company Cancellations

If Carelistening must cancel:

  • The client will be notified as soon as possible
  • The service will be rescheduled or refunded

6. Transportation-Specific Policy

For transportation services:

  • Delays may affect scheduling
  • Additional waiting time may be billed

7. Acknowledgment

By booking services, clients agree to this Cancellation Policy.
