My name is Charlene Stewart, founder of Carelistening Transportation & Companion Services, LLC. I started this business to help bridge the gap between healthcare services and the everyday support many individuals and families need outside of traditional medical care.

Through over 20 years of experience in healthcare support, caregiving, medical transportation, customer service, and client-centered environments, I witnessed firsthand how many elderly individuals, disabled adults, and busy families struggle to find dependable non-medical support that is compassionate, respectful, and reliable. Many people receive medical treatment but still need assistance with companionship, transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, daily routines, and emotional support to maintain their quality of life and independence.

My professional background includes experience in home healthcare, hospice support, medical transportation, pharmacy operations, patient interaction, and customer care. These experiences helped shape my passion for creating a service that focuses on dignity, trust, safety, compassion, and meaningful human connection.
